Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

NXT360 is the business system of NEXXUS TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. DE C.V., a Salvadoran company with its address at Col. San Benito, Calle La Mascota, Edificio #533, San Salvador, El Salvador. That company is responsible for the personal data we receive through this site, nxt360.cloud.

For any privacy matter, write to contacto@nxt360.cloud with the subject “Privacy”, or call +503 2522-2875. We process your data in accordance with El Salvador’s Personal Data Protection Law.

This notice covers only the nxt360.cloud site. The information a company loads into NXT360 once it is a customer is governed by its contract and the terms of service.

2. What data we collect

• What you write in the “Request your proposal” form: your name, your company’s name, the country where it operates, your email, your phone or WhatsApp if you leave it, and what you tell us in your message.
• Your preferences: that you accepted this notice and, if you tick it, the box to receive NXT360 news. That box comes unticked and is separate from the one that accepts this notice.
• A record of your submission: the date and time, the page you wrote from, the version of this notice you accepted, the browser you used and a fingerprint of your IP address. The fingerprint is an irreversible code used to stop abusive submissions; we do not store your IP address.
• The result of the form’s anti-bot check. To run it, the provider of that check receives your connection’s IP address and technical browser data from your browser; we only store whether the check passed or not.

The site does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser and has no analytics or advertising tools. The provider that hosts the site processes your connection’s IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks; we do not store it.

If you do not provide the form’s required data, we cannot answer your request. If you prefer, write to us directly at contacto@nxt360.cloud.

3. What we use them for

• To answer your request, show you NXT360 and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
• To send you NXT360 news, only if you ticked that box.
• To protect the form from abuse and spam.

The basis is your consent: the one you give by ticking this notice’s box to send the form and, separately, the one for news. You can withdraw either at any time. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it for anything else.

4. Who else receives them

For the site to work we rely on providers that process your data on our behalf and only to provide their service: hosting for the site and for the database where your request is stored, the anti-bot check, and sending the notice of your request to our inbox. Those services may be outside El Salvador, including in the United States, where the request database is stored today. If you write from another country, your data travels to those services.

Apart from those providers, we only share your data if a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. How long we keep them

We keep your request for 24 months from the day we receive it. After that period it is automatically deleted from our database. The notice we receive by email is deleted on the same basis.

If you hire NXT360, the data needed for the relationship moves to the contract and is governed by it. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we delete them.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@nxt360.cloud with the subject “Privacy”, from the same email you used in the form, so we can confirm it is you. We answer within the periods set by law and keep a record of each request and its answer.

7. How we protect them

The site and the form work only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your IP address is not stored, only its fingerprint, and requests are accessed only by the Nexxus Technology people who handle them. The form has an anti-bot check, a limit of submissions per connection and a cap of submissions per hour.

8. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not ask for data from minors; if a minor writes to us, we delete their request.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we publish the new version here with its date. Each request keeps the version you accepted when you sent it.
